Womb Chair and Ottoman by Eero Saarinen
For Knoll Int., 1960s
The "Womb Chair" was designed by Eero Saarinen in the 1960s for the manufacturer Knoll International. The piece in the old version rests on a black steel frame in original condition. However, the armchair and the accompanying ottoman were reupholstered and covered with a high-quality fabric from Rohi with 95% wool. Womb Chair and Ottoman are in a very good, partially restored condition.
