Spacious Freestanding Shelving Unit by U. P. Wieser
For Bofinger-Wohnbedarf AG, 1950s
A very rare free standing shelving-unit designed by Ulrich P. Wieser for Bofinger - Wohnbedarf AG, Switzerland in 1958. The spacious shelf comes with three completely veneered compartment and boards made of walnut. The four black painted steel profiles are height adjustable from 245-267 cm and are guyed in between floor and ceiling. Therefore the piece also works as a room divider. The shelving-unit is in great condition with slight traces of use due to its age as shown.
